High-Strength Forged Steel & Heavy-Duty Load Capacity
Our scaffolding jack nut is manufactured from premium forged alloy steel, with a standard working load up to 3.5 tons and a safety factor of 4:1. Precision-crafted threads ensure uniform stress distribution, high wear resistance, and stable support under harsh construction conditions, greatly enhancing safety and durability.
Precision Machined Threads for Smooth Adjustment
Adopts CNC precision threading with tight tolerance control, delivering 0.1mm machining accuracy. It allows effortless, jam-free height adjustment and firm locking without slipping or jamming. This precision design reduces operating time and improves efficiency on site.
Anti-Corrosion & Long Service Life
Surface-treated with hot-dip galvanizing (coating thickness 80–120μm) for excellent rust and weather protection. It stands up to long-term outdoor use, effectively extending service life by over 50% compared with ordinary painted products, lowering maintenance and replacement costs.
Strict Quality Compliance & Stable Performance
Fully compliant with international scaffolding safety standards, each batch undergoes tensile, hardness, and thread testing. With 16+ years of production experience and ISO 9001 certification, our jack nuts feature consistent quality, high reliability, and wide compatibility with standard screw jack systems.

Used with scaffolding base jacks to level and stabilize support systems on uneven construction sites. It precisely adjusts height, distributes structural load evenly, and ensures stable standing for frame scaffolding, tube & clamp scaffolding, and ringlock systems, complying with on-site safety standards.
Thread the jack nut onto the adjustable screw rod by hand until fully engaged, ensuring no cross-threading.
Rotate the nut clockwise to raise or counterclockwise to lower, adjusting the scaffold to the required height and level.
Tighten the nut firmly to lock the position; double-check for stable contact with the base or support beam.
Use a standard wrench for final tightening if needed. Do not overload or use damaged components. Regularly inspect threads for wear.
