Product Advantage
1.Integral cast‑steel construction Made of ZG230‑450 railway‑grade cast steel, no welded joints. High integral strength with excellent impact‑resistance to withstand vibration, traction and lifting loads.
2.6‑slot adjustable structure for high assembly adaptability Six long‑oval slotted holes compensate assembly deviation and allow position adjustment, simplifying on‑site installation and maintenance replacement.
3.Reinforcing‑rib reinforced design for great anti‑fatigue performance Built‑in thick reinforcing ribs distribute stress effectively to prevent cracking under load and extend service life for long‑term wagon operation.
4.Built‑in casting marks for easy traceability Part number and manufacturer logo are cast directly on the body, convenient for inspection, stock‑taking and component traceability in railway workshops.
5.Rigorous casting quality control Sand‑blasted surface treatment. Magnetic particle inspection is available for critical load‑bearing areas. Anti‑corrosion painting can be supplied as required.
6.Wide compatibility for multiple wagon types Interchangeable for open wagons, tank wagons and other freight cars, suitable for new‑building, workshop and depot maintenance.

Product Operate Guide
Check the draft lug (059‑37‑469 R2) before installation. Ensure no cracks, deformation, sand holes or burrs on the surface and slotted holes.Mount the plate on the wagon underframe end. Adjust position freely through six oval slots to match assembly tolerance. Fasten bolts diagonally with standard torque to ensure firm fitting. This part is used for auxiliary traction, vehicle lifting and derailment recovery. Overload lifting and eccentric force are strictly prohibited.Regular visual inspection is required. Replace the component immediately if damaged, deformed or severely worn. Welding repair is not allowed.Store in dry and ventilated conditions. Keep away from moisture, rust and violent collision.
