▍Product Uses

This 6TS shear‑plate erection anchor is specially designed as a temporary lifting embedded part for precast concrete. It is placed into the formwork before concrete pouring and becomes embedded inside the precast unit after concrete hardening. Together with a dedicated 6TS lifting clutch, it realizes safe lifting operations.

Main working scenarios include demoulding after concrete curing, tilting and flipping flat precast elements, internal transfer within precast plant, truck loading and shipment, as well as final hoisting and positioning at construction site. Thanks to its shear‑plate structure, it performs excellently when lifting near concrete edges and effectively avoids concrete edge spalling under lateral shear force.

▍Product Operate Guide

Pre‑check

Use matching 6TS lifting clutch only. Inspect anchor for cracks or damage. Do NOT overload SWL 6Ton.

Embedding

Place anchor in formwork, shear‑plate inside concrete, clamping slot exposed. Tie rebars through 3 holes firmly. Fix position to avoid shifting during pouring. Follow required embedment depth.

Concrete work

Avoid heavy impact on anchor. Fully vibrate surrounding concrete. Lift only after concrete reaches specified strength.

Lifting

Clean concrete residue from slot. Lock the clutch correctly. Perform trial‑lift first. Lift steadily; avoid shock load and swinging.

Post‑lifting

Remove clutch after component is fixed. For temporary lifting only, not for permanent structural load. Grout exposed opening if needed.
