U‑bolt, also known as horseshoe bolt, is a U‑shaped fastener formed by one‑piece bending, with external threads on both ends. ▍Product Operate Guide

Selection

You shall select a U‑bolt with suitable inner U‑diameter, thread specification and material according to workpiece size and actual working conditions. Lock nuts are recommended for high‑vibration service environments.

Assembly

Place the pipe or round bar inside the U‑arc of the bolt, and install matching nuts, flat washers and spring washers on both threaded ends.

Tightening

Tighten the nuts on both sides alternately with appropriate torque. You must avoid over‑tightening to prevent thread damage and ensure that the arc surface fits closely with the clamped component.

Inspection & Replacement

Check the fastening status of the U‑bolt on a regular basis. You should promptly replace any corroded, cracked or deformed U‑bolt.
